"Do your best to get here by winter...." 
Paul said these words to Timothy, they are haunting words to me --- "Do your best." 
I guess because it is so rare to see people do their best; there is a look of intention, a face set like flint, purposed and dedicated to reach the goal. I care not what goal it is, when I see someone do their best it inspires and elevates me. The top picture of Jennie Finch, looking so pleasant, but on the ball field, you see the ferocity of intention in ever fiber of her being.
