Which of us has not been betrayed by a lying tongue? Who has not felt loss, anguish and hurt by a deceitful tongue of another, or our own. 

But a soothing tongue, a healing tongue, is a tree of life. Ps. 15:4

 O Lord, may I guard my heart and curb my tongue!
