This woman with cerebral palsy decided she wanted to get a manicure, and so she headed over to her local nail salon. The workers there told her they couldn't serve her because she "moved too much." Devastated, the woman went to her local Wal-Mart to buy nail polish. She told the workers there what happened, and one worker quickly volunteered to paint the woman's nail on her lunch break.
