There are five blessings promised: do you have them? 

1. The Lord rescues them when they are in trouble. 
2. The Lord protects them and keeps them alive.
3. He gives them prosperity in the land.
4. He rescues them from their enemies.
5. The Lord nurses them when they are sick and restores them to health. 

To whom does He promise these blessings too? 

To those who are kind to the poor and helpless.
