Here is a poetic way of saying it - 

Let the gentleman’s dawn begin

astride the horse, beside the hound,

beneath the eagle’s sovereign wing—

his birthright, sealed in earth and sky.  First, brother to the beast:

in humble hand and heart,

lift, feed, and follow.
